Pro Fitness Classes & Training

We Offer the best services at the lowest prices around

Personal Training:

One on one training with one of our certified Personal Trainers! Workouts are custom made for your goals! 45 and 60minute options are available. We also offer installment plans at no extra cost!

 

Semi-Private Training:

Group training with one of our certified Personal Trainers! Two to four participants. 45 and 60minute options are available. We also offer installment plans at no extra cost!

 

Weight Room Basics:

An instructional weight lifting class with three different levels. This class teaches everything from the basic principles of weight lifting to structuring whole workouts. 8 weeks or 16 sessions. 45 minute and 60minute options are available. We also offer installment plans at no extra cost!

 

TRX Circuit:

Our TRX Circuit class combines muscular strength, cardiovascular, balance, and coordination training all in one class! 45minute sessions. We also offer installment plans at no extra cost!

 

Boot Camp:

Boot Camp is an outdoors, high intensity interval training circuit class to get you in shape for the summer! 45minute sessions. Available during the Summer.

 

HIIT Training:

Indoors HIIT (high intensity interval training) class utilizing the cardio equipment. The class focus is on cardio and core strength. Heart rate monitors will be provided. 45minute sessions. We also offer installment plans at no extra cost!

 

Online TRAINING:

We offer four different online programs: weight loss, sports specific, active lifestyle, and strength training. Each of these are custom made with your goals in mind. Online training lasts for 3 months with workouts emailed to you every two weeks. Included are three meetings with your trainer to go over proper form, technique, and to answer any additional questions that you may have. Installment plans available at no extra cost!

 

Boxing Classes:

Our Boxing instructors teach both one on one and group classes. The class format involves HIIT training paired with utilizing the heavy bag to build muscular strength and endurance, and to develop your cardio!
