Cardio and Strength Training
We frequently look to upgrade our equipment so that you can always get the most out of your membership. Just recently, we added 15 new cardio machines in our facility, including ellipticals, air runners, AMTs, row machines, and bikes.
Free Weights and Platform
Our gym is equipped with an extensive rack of weights for all fitness levels. We also have platforms so that you can lift with confidence.
Stretching and Core Training Room
We have a large area that will allow you to do your stretching and core training with additional privacy. In this room, you will find TRX bands, mats, free weights, kettlebells, benches, and medicine balls.
Locker Rooms
Our locker rooms provide a space for you to secure your things while you’re working out. The rooms are also equipped with showers.
